Early detection of breast cancer before subjective symptoms appear leads to early treatment. Regular checkups are recommended not only for those who feel discomfort in their breasts, but also for those who have never had a breast cancer checkup, or who have relatives with breast cancer, even if they do not have any symptoms.<\/span><\/p>\n

Mammography + tumor marker test\u00a0<\/span><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
Tumor markers are substances such as proteins that are uniquely produced by each cancer. Since the presence or location of cancer cannot be confirmed by tumor markers alone, the doctor makes a comprehensive diagnosis together with imaging examinations. A blood sample is taken for the tumor marker test.<\/span><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
Mammography + tomosynthesis test\u00a0<\/span><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
In 3D mammography, X-rays are continuously irradiated in one shot, and multiple tomographic images sliced finely in the depth direction (three-dimensionally) are obtained. This imaging method is said to have a higher cancer detection rate than regular mammography. An annual check-up is recommended for those who wish.<\/span><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
Breast MRI test\u00a0<\/span><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
MRI breast test is performed by attaching a dedicated accessory device to the MRI scanning table. Unlike X-ray mammography, it is less painful because it does not compress the breast like X-ray mammography.<\/span><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n

Breast MRI test + DWIBS\u00a0<\/span><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
DWIBS (diffusion-weighted whole-body imaging with background body signal suppression) is a whole-body cancer screening that uses MRI to look for cancer and metastases over large areas of the body. DWIBS is a test made possible by the high performance of MRI. Cancer risk can be determined by taking images of the neck, chest, abdomen, and pelvis in a single examination.<\/span>
The total test duration is approximately 60 minutes.<\/span><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n\n\n\n\n

People with a cardiac pacemaker, artificial heart valves, artificial eyes, color contacts, intracerebral metals, intraventricular shunts, dental implants, prostheses, cochlear implants\/artificial middle ear, and people with tattoos cannot undergo MRI examinations. Please consult us if you are pregnant or may be pregnant.<\/span>
6 weeks of interval is recommended for COVID-19 vaccines to take the tests.<\/span>
