Visiting hours: from 15:00 to 18:00 (Sundays and Holidays from 13:00 to 18:00)

Visiting hours of ICU: from 15:00 to 16:00

Visiting Patients

・We had limited the number of people entering the hospital ward by requiring visitors to make appointments. However, in light of the surrounding infection situation, we have decided to discontinue the use of the appointment system.

・There is no limit to the number of visitors or the duration of visits. However, there may be times when visits are temporarily interrupted for examinations or procedures.

・If there is a change in the patient’s condition, the doctor will directly explain the medical condition. We will contact you in that case.

For Visitors

• When you visit, receive the visitor ID badge at the reception.
• Wear the visitor ID badge visibly. When you leave the hospital, return the badge to the reception.
• For nighttime visits, go to the Emergency Out-of-Hours Entrance.
• Masks are required when visiting patients.
• Visits should be within visiting hours. However, if you wish to meet outside of visiting hours due to special circumstances, please consult with the nurse in charge in advance.
• Please do not visit patients when you have cold symptoms, bring young children, or visit in large numbers. To prevent nosocomial infections, we ask for your understanding and cooperation.
• Visits under the influence of alcohol, smoking, eating and drinking in the hospital room are prohibited.
• We ask visitors not to bring flowers.

Hospital Admission

At the time of admission to our hospital, please apply at the general reception from 9:00 to 17:30, Monday to Saturday.

What to bring

1. Application Form
   With name, address, and seals of the patient and a guarantor (must be an adult in a separate household).
2. Health Insurance Card
   If you do not have a health insurance card, you will be required to pay your fee in full.
3. Deposit
   When you are hospitalized, we ask you to deposit money. Please receive a certificate of deposit. Ask for the amount of the deposit at the reception.
