For first-time patients

Please fill in the “medical application form” and hand it with the insurance card to the general reception.
Please wait in the waiting room after processing the reception.
The insurance card will be returned to you once the application has been processed.
If you do not know which clinical department you should visit, or if you have any questions, please contact the outpatient information desk.
*First-visit reception is open until 11:30 in the morning and 16:30 in the afternoon.
*The reception hour may be shortened depending on the doctor.

Medication Prescription

Our in-house pharmacist dispenses medicines.
If you have an outpatient prescription for medicine, you will receive the medication at the pharmacy on the first floor.
Please wait in front of the pharmacy.

Counselling Service

We have a “patient consultation desk” to respond to the opinions and requests received from patients and their families. The “Patient Counselling Desk” is located at the reception on the 1st floor.

・ Consultation on transferring the hospital and facilities after discharge
・Regarding the facilities and equipment of this hospital and the reception of staff
・Other opinions, complaints, etc.

Counselling hours: From Monday to Saturday 9:00 – 18:00

Credit card

We accept the following credit cards in addition to cash for payment of medical expenses. Please present the credit card at the time of payment.
