Content of medical treatment

We perform examinations for general urology as well as prostate and urinary tract surgery. As a local medium-sized hospital and emergency medical institution, we aim to respond promptly to patients with urological diseases. In addition, if there is an examination or treatment that requires specialization, we will introduce you to an appropriate advanced medical institution.

We also provide preoperative and postoperative chemotherapy (anticancer drugs), treatment for recurrence and metastasis, molecular targeted drugs for renal cancer and urothelial cancer, and immune checkpoint drugs. In the future, we are considering outpatient chemotherapy in the outpatient chemotherapy room. We will provide treatments and schedules that match the patient’s lifestyle and medical condition.

In 2022, we introduced flexible fiberoptic. It is necessary to perform a cystoscopy for a detailed examination of macroscopic hematuria, bladder cancer, bladder stones, refractory cystitis, etc. In the past, we used a rigid fiberscope, but with the introduction of a flexible fiberoptic, the examination became gentler and less painful for the patient. We also introduced urinary tract laser therapy and started transurethral lithotripsy for ureteral and bladder stones.
