Admission and Visiting Patients

Visiting Patients

We are currently easing visitation restrictions for inpatients.
If you would like to visit the patient, please contact the ward where the patient is hospitalized. Please note that visitation may be restricted depending on the status of the COVID-19 epidemic.

In addition, if there is a change in the patient’s condition, we will contact you to come to the hospital from the doctor to explain the condition.

For Visitors

  • When you visit, receive the visitor ID badge at the reception.
  • Masks are required when visiting patients
  • For nighttime visits, go to the Emergency Out-of-Hours Entrance.
  • Wear the visitor ID badge visibly. When you leave the hospital, return it to the reception.
  • Visits should be within visiting hours. However, if you wish to meet outside of visiting hours due to special circumstances, please consult with the nurse in charge in advance.
  • To prevent nosocomial infections, we ask for your understanding and cooperation. Please do not visit patients when you have cold symptoms, bring young children, or visit in large numbers.
  • Smoking, drinking, or eating during the visit is not allowed. Please refrain from bringing in food and drinks.
  • We ask visitors not to bring flowers.
